This form is called "Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent". It is NOT a contract. It contains information for YOU and is required by Maryland law. It is to educate YOU the Buyer, or Seller, concerning Real Estate Agents, what they do and for whom they do it. YOU can sign to acknowkedge receipt of a copy of the disclosure.
